Canterbury Sports Club
You cant be called a pool player in Cape Town and not have played at Canterbury. The Club has a long history of support to the game of pool and has produced the best of players South Africa has ever seen.
The club host 10 pool tables and 2 Chinese 8 ball tables of the finest quality. Adjacent to the pool area is plenty of seating with a dance floor and full Karaoke setup for those who dare. The club can manage social events with its live DJ setup and fantastic sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and cutlery. Toilets are beautifully tiled, always clean and even some nice hand-wash liquid to stay fresh. Parking is ample and incidents at the club is a scares occurrence. To top security up they have a manned security gate at the entrance which is always locked for your safety.
The owners
The club is owned by the Mr and Mrs Keno and Sheridon Canterbury. Sheridon runs affairs in the club and her dedication to cue sports has awarded her the title of “The Mother of Pool” by too many players to mention.
