Established 2021 Blackball South Africa is currently the controlling body of blackball in South Africa. A member of the South African Pool Union (SAPU) which is a member of AAPA (All Africa Pool Association. AAPA is the controlling body of pool in Africa and enjoys recognition from the World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA). WPA is a member of the world body of cue sports WCBS, the world governing body for the Billiards Sports of Carom, Pool and Snooker.
